These properties will include residential, retail, office, industrial, and multi-family properties, located in Canada and the United States. Westhaven’s current portfolio includes six multi-family properties located in Toronto, Ontario, totalling approximately 41,710 square feet of gross leasable area. Westhaven is a real estate investment trust (REIT) as governed by the Canada Income Tax Act. An investment in Westhaven offers an opportunity to invest in a diversified portfolio of real estate property providing benefits such as Cash Flowing Assets, Value Creation, and Transparency & Strong Governance. Westhaven’s primary investment objective is a longterm view with a value based approach.
